check in morning ....went up room to change bedsheet all that ....



HOUSEWORK its so hard ! Now i understand ...



i guess NXT time in th future if i be a housewife i will confirm turn the house

so after packing all that its SCH TIME !

CIRCUIT ~!~!~!~!~! for afternoon trng ):



BALL work and stuff diff station got diff ball work tiring seh !

so ya at night sst and all that then free time smsing my bud then sleep !







THURS:



Morning trng 6.30...



well not rlly very tired heng...



play some game then do the round the world ball work !



Then run for 3 minutes then walk for 1 minute...



Then chao back room to bath ...



Well then have lesson lesson all that



then bout 2pm nam and me went to the library to take the umpire test



WELL FINALLY FINISH !



plsssss passs.....



Then gym in the afternoon



MR sofyan was like SEC 2s ! U GUYS WANNA RUN 3,4,5,4,3 or do skipping ...



Then the juniors was like WE WANT TO DO SKIPPING !



Then mr SOFYAN was like OKAY SET SEC 2s GO RUN 3,4,5,4,3 NOW !



we were like WAH LAO ! NOT FAIR ! SKIPPING SO FUN LA !



Then mr sofyan say he dun care lo want us to run NOT FAIR LO !



then after finsh running we come back and realise that running 3,4,5,4,3 its much more easier then skipping cause mr sofyan made juniors skip alot then got alot set also



can see the juniors penting and sweat like one kind then we just realise running is better haha ...

Then after that carry weights all that ....

FRIDAY:



AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! circuit again !



TRACK CIRCUIT !



why everytime circuit want ..



coach think we robot ah .. tiring u know !



then after circuit same thing t-shirt all wet wet want our face all like want to die like that ..



HAHA .



then have breakfast all that then chiong to ms lee homeroom with darius like one kind !



then ms lee laugh at us cause actually we are early and not late ! LOL



THEN ... ya have lunch in the afternoon bout 2 plus me and olvia go run 30 mins around the sch



Then elle help to like time us or sth !



Then ya after running go back rm to bath , pack and file those worksheets



HAIZ.. SIAN ... didnt get to see elle's friend again ):



Then was rlly lazy to go back home myself so ASK mum to drive me home lo!
