trng today was quite okay but the first part of trng was killer (:
I HATE WARM UP .. today warm up was damn tiring lo , we have to run like 3 rounds around the school and the school is damn damn big la !! 3 rounds around the school is like more than 1.4 km lo .. takes like 25-30 mins le , got slope somemore !!!
so yeah then do some pairball work drill , quite killer also ! ):
today i dunno why for awhile , i'll feel damn thirsty want le .. is it because of the sun sucking my energy and water ?? so yeah after we did some teamball work , this ballwork is so much better (:
can wait and rest somemore cause our team got too many ppl le (: so yeah not so tiring ..because this ballwork got alot of resting so we did like 25-35 mins or so lo ! VERY LONG LE !!!
then GAME WITH JUNIORS !! haha (: BEST PART (: so yeah coach follow rules today by playing exact 4 quarters (: so yeah playing like center , wingattack then centre again (: mostly more on the center today , also dunno why (: but fun ah ! very long didnt play game le (:
then yeah chat bout perth thing (: dunno if we still goin anot ? somemore this sat is our flight le ): hope that we can go lo , seems like everyone is looking so damn forward to it .. scared postpone ):
and i think if we go there this sat , i think i'm dead lo ): cause this time round perth is like winter , AHHHHHHHH ! so yeah then the juniors went first then left the sec 2s chatting with coach , we chat bout alot of things (: while chatting while eating ice-cream(: chat like hours i guess (: so yeah... and coach said that OUR BADGE IS THE MOST WELL-BEHAVED AND KUAI WANT (: hehe ..... then yeah went bath with the rest and all (:
wanted to go causeway with them but cause sis got swimming lesson at sports school so i mustwhile meet them at school (: so yeah after her swimming lesson then went for diinner (:
ate tom yam again !! wah (: then get back home (:
2 morrow gonna have trng again in the morning but this time round we gonna mix with the 14S girl .. so i think its gonna be fun (: will blog 2 morrow (: CYA (:
