OMG , i'm so tired !!!
had training in the afternoon today , GOSH !! training today was * KILLER MAN *
actually is just some simple ballwork only , but i just cant take it ...
is like today everyone was penting and breathless !
gosh i think our stamina have dropped lo !!! ahhhhhhhh , somemore we got beep test this month le .. shit la !!! must go jogging le ... and its like damn hard for me to catch up lo , not fair !!!
so had trng like 3 -4 hours !!! halfway juniors join after their gym workout ... and today the sun was like damn scorching hot lo ! the sun is like sucking our energy !! arghhhh
so after trng , went bathing with olivia and some of the juniors . then went causeway with olivia , amelia , zah and amanina ... so we went to buy bubble tea , not sweet talk wor ! (:
then chao after that ... wah so reach home right ? mum was like , yuan min ! let's go back to sports school again (: cause ur sis got swimming later (: wahhhhhhh , come back then must go back again , haha ! okay , so u know what , i met coach at the carpark there , so me , mum and her we talk talk for awhile.. we were talking about the perth trip cause my dad say heard from news that now australia got 500 ppl kena frm H1N1 , so scared that our perth trip kena postponed ah ... ): dun wan la .. i looking damn forward to it lo , then postpone .. ):
so 2 morrow gonna have morning trng , heng ah , this time round is our turn to have gym ..
actually the juniors damn lucky lo , they got court work at morning then today afternoon enjoy the aircon in the gym ): then we all le , enjoy aircon in the morning which is no use and suffer under the hot sun this afternoon ):
k la wanna go rest le , i'm dying !!!
