If god allowed me to do so , i wish that i could get back the time and do the work well , so that those things will not happen it to u ! I FEEL SO GUILTY EVERYTIME I SEE YOU! asking myself whether u hate me , whether u ever blame me for doin that ! If something serious happen to u , i dun think i'll have the guts to face u!

Training this week are intense too , at least not too bad !
have to train for the coming IYSC and firness test is just around this corner !
