the crazy silence.

Yesterday training was CRAZY AND FUN!~
we spend the whole trng day to laugh than to do ballwork lo!
yeah we did do ballwork but i can tell that we laugh more then doin our ballwork!
well training well laughing , quite tiring though (:

played husband and wife for warm up , i guess those cleaners and workers in school were damn pissed and irritated by us (:
cause is like every min every sec , we will be screaming like one mad dog !

WOAH , whole netball court was full of screamings and laughter !
then those cleaners and workers keep staring at us
HAHA , OOOOOPPS(: then during the warm up , janelle came to join us (:
Then did some team ball work , like bring the ball down and all !
everyone tried like diff type of positiion , HAHA !

AS USUAL ! we were laughing and doin this ballwork (:
HAHA , we said that janelle looked like STUART'S MUM !!!

then we played crocodile and all (:
MAKING ME JEALOUS LA THAT STUPID TABITHA !
she and jan dance dance all during the crocodile game , ppl cannot dance still purposely dance infront of me !
THEN I THROW THE BALL AT HER =_=
we were so tired of laughing so we were like : 11pm alr , FINISH TRNG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ((((: 3 hours of hardcore trng (: HAHA!
then warm down for awhile at the podium there , some read magazine , some waiting to go to bath , some busying with their phone (: then we were like , if coach was here then WHAT WILL BE HER FIRST REACTION when she see us like this ? mmmmmmmmmmm............ kill us ? scold us ?

then went to bath with beth , bev , tab , olivia, aisha (:
jan went home ):
the rest wait for us at the podium there cause they not bathing (: = smelly , smelly !
WENT to banquet at causeway to have lunch with them , ate tom yam (:
me and beverly was like , OMG OMG OMG SO SPICY SO SPICY!
beverly cried and i got damn red lips (: HAHA !
in the end we still finish up the soup (: SMART RIGHT ?
Then arcade with bev , beth , tab (:
the rest still have to go back sch to go to physio
like spend 1 hour in the arcade ? then we went to the toilet for awhile then we CHAO !(:
reached home at 2 plus (:
MY EYES AGAIN ! its freaking hurting me ):
is it because i'm tired or cause holiday so didnt wear specs ? (:
its hurting me ~~~~ was so blur and pain so i went back in the room to lie down and rest my eyes
then for awhile , i fell asleep (:
HAHA !!! then dinner (: MUM COOKING <3
TODAY is a boring day for me again ! cause no trng so same thing slacking at home (:
finished up all my homework (:
WAIT , NO ! i stil have science to finished , LATER AT NIGHT (:
2 morrow gonna have TRAINING AGAIN !!!! YAY !!
i think we gonna go gym 2 morrow , not sure if the gym will open
but who cares cause we gonna make the training a fun and crazy training again (:
haha ! make sure i bring my speaker to training so that we can train with music (:
YAY ! MOTIVATION (:

NOT sure if the sec 2s bonding event still on cause see some of them , like some not keen to have it le ):

GOSH , missing nab badly! , wonder how is she doin ?
ZAH is back with us now cause she can train with us (: she still have her agility (:
